A pair of Chinese Famille Rose porcelain lidded jars from the mid 20th century. This pair of Chinese porcelain jars with lids have a bulbous form, decorated in the typical Famille Rose palette. The body of the vases are decorated with two large panels (front and back) and two smaller panels at each side, depicting framed interior palace scenes with courtiers. Butterflies and floral motifs surround the framed panels.
