Arched Spanish Doors w/Casing, 19th C.
An exquisite pair of Spanish arched double doors with their original casing from the 19th century. This fabulous piece consists of two antique Spanish doors with their original casing. The surround or casing has a depressed arch pediment with eared accents flanking top center. The doors each have two decoratively carved, raised panels on their front, and when placed together, mimic the arched formation of the casing. The door fronts have a natural wood finish, while the backsides are more weathered and have a darker patina with old iron kick-plates mounted onto their bottoms. This 19th century pair of Spanish arched doors with their casing would make a stylish doorway or opening for a custom cabinet, or pantry, or perhaps used to disguise a television within a wall in a bed room. Wood boards across backside have been placed there to temporarily hold and secure the piece together, to be removed upon installation. Please consult with your contractor or architect to discuss the necessary measurements and hardware to make this piece work for your project.Dimensions
