A single natural onyx sink basin with original live edge. This carved vessel sink, created from a rough onyx rock, has a carved and then polished interior basin, making for easy clean-up. The natural textured stone remains about the exterior of the sink. Onyx has a lovely sparking effect due to the crystallization within the stone. An interesting characteristic of onyx is that it is translucent, so should a light be installed beneath, a glowing effect would occur and crystals and veining would be further emphasized. The colors are primarily beige and taupe, with some areas of white showing through. The sink has been drilled for US plumbing, and weighs approximately 67 pounds. This organically formed onyx sink would be a beautiful way to add a touch of Mother Nature to bathroom or powder room.
