Spanish Stone Trough w/ Spout, 19th C.

A 19th century Spanish hand-carved stone trough. This antique stone trough from Spain, likely once used in the production to press olives into oil, features a mostly-squared body with a projecting spout at one end side. A single drain hole is within the center of the squared basin. Note that this is a very heavy stone piece. This Spain stone trough with spout, from the 19th century, is a beautiful stand-alone decorative item for your home, but could also be quite lovely on the patio or garden planted with succulents (or some other shallow-rooted plants).
