A Spanish hand-woven basket with lid from the mid 20th century. This vintage basket from Spain has a trapezoid-shaped body and is hand woven and braided natural fibers with stick supports set vertically at each corner and along it's backside. There are a pair of handles flanking each shorter end, and an attached lid in the same materials lays at it's top. This large basket would make a wonderful decorative object, while being a functional piece.
