A pair of Artisan-made mirrors with champagne églomisé sunbursts within vintage wood frames. This pair of rectangular-shaped mirrors have been created with vintage wood frames (with nice carvings at their inner surround and fluted trimming along the main frames), and fitted with a newer, artisan created center glass (which has an antiqued finish and minimally adorned with a single champagne églomisé star or sunburst positioned within the center). The French term églomisé, dates back to pre-Roman eras, and is the technique by which a design and gilding is applied to the rear side of the glass, with artistic detail being visible from the front. The carved wood frames have a silver color atop blue which shows through in various areas. This pair of custom fashioned mirrors, adorned with églomisé sunbursts, each stand approximately 3.5 feet in height.
