A Spanish pair of glazed terracotta bowl from the early 20th century. These antique bowls from Spain are round in shape, with widest part being at the top lip, and gradually tapering down and resting upon a flat base. There is a green glaze about the lip and interior (which shows the wonderful swirling design), with the exterior remaining natural and unfinished. The bowls have a wonderful old patina, with chipping and cracks due to prior use and wear, but it's a lovely showing of character and age. Note that bowls are differing in size. Measurements noted in listing are for the larger bowl; smaller bowl measures 18.5" diameter and 8" tall. This early 20th century pair of Spanish bowls are ideal for decorative use, perhaps adorning a kitchen island/counter or table top.
