A French set of eight Louis XV style dining chairs from the mid 20th century. This mid-century set of chairs from France, consisting of a pair of armchairs with six side chairs, feature hand-caned backs & seats, and are presented on shapely cabriole style legs. The oval-shaped backs are framed with wood molding and sweetly carved crests. Delicate floral carvings further embellish the skirt at front/center and at each front knee. The chairs have a gray and cream finish with beige trim. The set of French Louis XV style dining chairs, with cane seats and backs, will make a lovely seating arrangement about a dining table.
