A vintage French six-light chandelier. This French chandelier from the mid 20th century of forged iron has an oblong lower beam which gives rise to six arms, three at each long side, giving the chandelier a distinctive v-shaped side profile. Each arm scrolls upward to support the ruffled iron bobèches and painted candle covers. The chandelier has a hammered metal design, with a gold finish. The chandelier is connected to the upper canopy by a chain link from each far end. This French mid century chandelier has been rewired for the US and comes with a complimentary 3-foot chain and canopy painted to match.
