Pair English Adam Style Brass Lanterns

An English pair of large-size Adam style 5-light hanging brass lanterns. This vintage pair of lanterns from England, with their suspended domed-tops and tubular shaped bodies, have brass armature, with circular convex glass panels about the exterior. The framework is adorn with Neoclassical ribbons accents and sweetly tied bows about the upper gallery frames. The interior houses five lights, each topped with slender candle sleeves at their centers. The lanterns are wired, but it is older wiring so you may want to have them rewired to modern standards. This pair of Adam style English lanterns are nicely sized at 34.75" in height. They would be splendid hanging together over a grand kitchen island.
