British Colonial Ebonized Wood Cabinet
A British Colonial ebonized wood cabinet from the early to mid 20th century. This British Colonial cabinet from India, standing approximately 5.25 feet in height, features two doors, adorn in raised panels with oval/floral centers, and a nicely molded upper cornice. The cabinet is supported on primarily a flat base, with subtle long-arched cut-outs along the bottom, making it rise ever so slightly from the floor. The doors open to reveal four shelves within, offer great storage. This British Colonial cabinet is made of a rich, ebonized Jackwood, which is nearly black in color, giving it a dark, bold presence, perfect for any study, livingroom or kitchen needing some deep color and texture.
