An Italian small-sized wooden cabinet with brass accents from the 18th century. This antique side cabinet from Italy is beautifully decorated in numerous brass medallions about it's front side. The rectangular-shaped top is stack-molded, resting upon a case which houses a single drawer, which opens to reveal a shelf and storage within, and is nicely raised on a bracket style feet. The wood has a warmth and aged patina; a reflection of it's centuries of history and use. Note that the back-side remains unfinished, making best use of this piece to be placed against a wall. This petite Italian cabinet, with it's brass medallions and rich wood tones, are sure to add a bit of 18th century rustic charm to any room within your home.
