An Italian chest with embossed vellum drawer fronts, from the mid 20th century. This vintage chest from Italy is small in size but big on storage. It consists of four drawers, stacked vertically from top to bottom, with each drawer front adorn in embossed vellum and a metal knob at center. When drawers are pulled out, you can see the attention to detail with the paper-lining decorating the outer sides. This chest has a taupe wash and light accent trim color. It is raised on small squared, tapering legs with brass feet. This mid-century Italian chest is a great little problem solver for a powder room, dressing room, or study.
