A pair of curved-front wooden chests, with single drawer and tambour doors, from the mid 20th century. These vintage chests from American furniture makers, "Baker Furniture", each have concaved-shaped fronts, flanked within canted side posts, and are presented upon shapely carved legs which taper gently to their feet. The case houses a single dove-tailed drawer at top, over a pair of tambour style doors beneath, all adorn in vertical reed carvings and fitted with brass hardware. This mid-century modern pair of cabinets, with their curved front and reed embellishments, offer endless functionality- perhaps as a pair of server cabinets in your dining room, a wonderful pair of side chests in a living room, or as oversized nightstands in a bedroom.
