Early 19th C. English Campaign-Style Chest

An English wooden chest of three drawers from the early 19th century. This antique case-piece from England has been designed in clean lines and looks to be inspired from a campaign style, military piece. The case houses three full-sized drawers, with the top drawer being divided into three deep compartmented sections (see additional images for further detail on this). Each drawer front is fitted with a pair of brass recessed handle pulls. The wood has a nicely-aged patina; with the top being naturally faded. This early 19th century English chest is a solid, well-made piece and would be well suited for use in modern or more older/traditional interior styles alike.
