A French painted wood commode from the early 20th century. This antique chest of drawers from France has a rectangular-shaped top which slightly overhangs the case below which houses three graduated drawers, and is presented upon spaded legs. The drawers are each fitted with a pair of Neoclassic style ring pulls which flank the escutcheon within their center. There is a newer custom finish in vivid blue with a nicely contrasting gray/beige finish on the top. This early 20th century French commode will add a nice pop of color to your room, while providing good storage and place to display objects on top.
