A French Neoclassical wooden demi-lune cabinet with marble top from the turn of the 18th and 19th century. This antique chest from France has a beautiful half-moon shaped-body, with marble top above the case which houses a single drawer over pair of doors. Vertical fluted carvings flank the doors and drawer, as well as the back sides of the cabinet. This piece is presented upon four cone-shaped conical legs with peg shaped feet. There are antique brass accents outlining the drawer and door fronts, panel sides, along with the nice-decorative hardware pulls and escutcheons. This chest is in is original condition, as is the black marble top (which has some wear- please refer to the images for further detail). This period Neoclassical French demi-lune cabinet is so cute! It's smaller-size makes it a great, versatile option that would work well in just about any room.
