Pair Italian Comodini, Circa 1800
A pair Italian wood comodini, circa 1800. This pair of Italian comodini, from the early 19th century, each have two drawers which are decorated with a contrasting inlayed trim, and ring pulls at their centers. There is lovely rope carving, as well as bead & barrel carved trimming around it's edges, with carved rosettes at the knees. The chests are raised up nicely on gently tapered and fluted legs, which terminate into petite squared feet. This pair of antique Italian two-drawer side tables would work perfectly flanking a settee, or next to a pair of chairs in a seating arrangement.Dimensions
