A vintage American Neoclassical style settee. This sweet settee has a Neoclassical inspired design with an elaborately carved back. The flat top rail is adorned at underside in a linked-chain motif, three x-shaped back-splats with arrowed corners, and a single flower head carved into each center. The curved arms end in scrolled knuckles. The oval-shaped seat has old upholstery and is ready for a refresh to a fabric to compliment your interior. This piece is nicely presented upon four fluted and squared legs with rosettes carved at the knees, that gently taper towards their feet. This Neoclassical style oval settee, will make a lovely seating addition for your entryway, foyer, living, or bedroom.
