A large-size double gate-leg drop leaf painted American poplar wood table. This vintage American table features a rectangular-shaped top with two drop leaf sides, and a double set of gate legs. The baluster style legs are supported with a box stretcher, and raised upon ball feet. When leaves are extended out, this 10.5 foot table transitions from a narrow depth of 24.5", to a more robust 54", perfect for dining. This painted wood table has a neutral taupe palette with much of the wood grain showing through. This double gate leg poplar wood table is a versatile piece which would function well as a dining table, a console, or a sofa table which could be opened when additional work space is needed.
