A Swedish painted wood table with faux-marble top from the 19th century. This antique Gustavian table from Sweden features a hand-painted faux-marble top, which slightly overhangs a plain apron that houses a single drawer at one side. The table is raised upon four square legs which gently taper towards their feet. The table has a nicely aged patina, a moss green & blue/green color palette with hints of burnt sienna. This 19th century Swedish Gustavian table would work as a side table, night stand, or perhaps within a powder room, with decorative objects of your choosing atop.
