A French smaller-sized painted wood table, with single drawer, from the turn of the 18th and 19th century. This antique table from France features a rectangular-shaped top with lovely scalloped edging, which overhangs the scalloped apron that houses a single drawer at one side. This piece is raised upon four slender cabriole style legs. The top is a weathered gray/brown color, over melon toned base. There is a nice patina throughout, which is old but coloring is not original. This late 18th century French table is a versatile size offering many uses throughout the home. Should you wish to use this piece as a Bonheur-du-jour, note that the leg clearance is approximately 21 inches in height.
