An English wood table with barley twist legs from the early 20th century. This antique table from England features an elongated rectangular top, which rests atop an apron that houses a pair of panel-front drawers at one side, and is beautifully presented upon four robust barley twist carved legs. The barley twist carved legs take center stage with this piece, with five of the legs found along the front of the table, and framed with a pair at each back corner. The legs are supported with a box stretcher just above their feet. This early 20th century English table, with it's prominent barley twist legs, will make a wonderful entry or living room console table.
