A French carved and painted wood coffee table with marble top from the mid 20th century. This vintage coffee table from France has a rectangular-shaped marble top (white with gray veining) which rests upon a wooden base with apron carved in a repeating linked-o pattern, and floral/leaf accents framed within each long side at center. There are leaf carved accents at each corner atop the four rounded and flute carved legs, which taper gently towards their feet, and each braced with a gracefully carved skirt between them at underside of table. The wood has an off-white finish which is complimented with a gold accent which has hints of red umber showing through in some areas. This mid-century French coffee table, with it's original marble top, is just over 3 feet in length.
