Heavily-Swagged Console w/Travertine Top

An elaborately embellished & carved wood and travertine top console table. This vintage American table retains its original travertine top, which rests upon a wood apron with generous swags hanging down along the front side of the skirt, flower-heads at corners, and bead trim with decorative plaques. The elaborate carvings continue down the four rounded and fluted legs, all adorn in swags, leaves, and medallions. The table is primarily cream color with gold accents. Note that there is a light stain on the travertine top (please see additional images for more detail on condition). This travertine top and swag-motif sofa table is approximately 5.2 feet in length.
