A French pair of smaller-sized carved-wood tables from the early 20th century. These antique tables from France each feature slightly overhanging rectangular-shaped tops with smoothly-rounded corners, over aprons which are elaborately hand-carved in a motif of shells with foliate accents. The carvings are found about all sides of the tables, making them a good option to be floated within a room. The tables are presented upon shapely and slender legs with beautifully carved knees and terminating into carved-hoof feet. They have a custom lightly bleached, honey colored finish, which is complimented with a pale metallic gold accent trim. These early 20th century French hand-carved tables are just shy of 2.5 feet in width; making them a lovely option for side tables, occasional tables, or a smaller pair of consoles.
