A French Neoclassical style carved-wood console table with marble top, circa 1960's. This vintage table from Italy has been designed with lovely Neoclassic touches throughout and features a rectangular-shaped marble top above a pierce-carved apron in a linked oval pattern with centered plaque at front carved with an urn surrounded by swirling foliage. The table is presented upon four rounded and flute-carved legs, which taper towards their peg carved feet. The legs are each supported by a inwardly curved wooden braces, who's middle sections are connected with a round shaped base that has a small foot for added support at its bottom-side, and top carved with a beautiful flower-head medallion. The wood has a custom taupe finish with hints of copper/red, which compliment the marble top. This French Neoclassical inspired console table is approximately 4.25 feet in width.
