18th C. Spanish Carved Trestle-Leg Table

A Spanish carved-wood occasional table with drawer from the 18th century. This antique table from Spain has a rectangular-shaped top, over an apron which houses a single drawer along one side, which is adorn in geometric carvings and mimicked on the opposite side of the table. It is supported with a pair of sinuously-carved trestle style legs which are braced at the underside of the table with a vertically positioned x-stretcher, and carved in the same manor as the legs adding much visual interest. Please note that there is some warping to the top of this table, as can be viewed in the additional images. This 18th century Spanish trestle leg table is approximately 4 feet in width, and would be a great occasional table or small desk floated within a room.
