Upholstered Armchairs w/Pierce-Carved Skirt

A vintage pair of American carved-wood and upholstered armchairs. These vintage chairs have been carved with Venetian-style influences, with beautifully carved-wood arms that have c-scroll accents, and the pierce-carved and intertwining ribbon that adorns all sides of the skirt. The chairs are presented upon for elegantly carved wood legs. There are hints of gold found throughout the wood finish. The backs (with their arched top rails) and seats are upholstered in a fabric which is older, but in good, usable condition. This pair of Venetian-style armchairs will make a wonderful intimate seating arrangement, together adding comfort and classical elegance to your room.
