French Iron Spit-Jack Chandelier
A French mid-century, six-light forged-iron chandelier made from a 19th century spit-jack. A spit-jack is a type of rotisserie that was once common in fireplaces. This chandelier has six arms, three rising up along each side, which connect to the central spit-jack. This chandelier is connected from either end of the spit-jack by two forged-iron bars, adorn with twisted accents at their centers, and meet at the top with a decorative forged circular ring between them. This French spit-jack chandelier has been rewired for the US and comes with a complimentary 3-foot chain and canopy painted to match.
