French Antique Demi-Console- A Cute Size!

A French painted-wood console cabinet with open cubie and faux marble top from the 19th century. This antique cabinet from France has a half-moon shaped body with a it's original faux-marble painted top, over lower case which houses a small center cubie shelf above three centrally stacked drawers. A pair of smoothly-curved doors flank the middle cubie and drawers along either side. Rococo style escutcheon hardware lends and elegant touch to this piece. This chest is raised upon bracket style feet, giving a slight lift from the ground. The faux marble top (original) is full of warm gold and brown tones. Complimented by scraped finish of the base cabinet, with primary color palette in gold and grey. This 19th century French console is a cute size piece and perfect problem solver- with a width of approximately 3.25 feet and slender depth of approximately 1 foot.
