A new style silver tetradrachm trimmed with 18 Karat gold from Attica, Athens, circa 110-109 BC. On the obverse side, the head of Athena Parthenos facing right with a dotted border. On reverse side, an owl standing right on a prostrate amphora vase - on the right a bee - all surrounded by letters and within a wreath. The weight of the coin is 16.61 grams and the diameter is 30.1 mm. This coin has been inspected and approved to be authentic by a professional Numismatic who specializes in ancient coinage.
