Spanish Gold/Iron Coffee Table w/Marble Top

A Spanish marble-top coffee table from the mid 20th century. This vintage table from Spain has a rectangular-shaped marble top, which rests atop a hammered iron frame. The underside of this table is open and airy. The four thin, rounded legs are set in a swag fashion, and supported with an x-shaped stretcher which has a "knotted" appearance at crossing center, with each brace returning to the leg in with the appearance of a loose tie wrapping about the leg. The marble is has a black, white, and gray color palette. And the iron base has a wonderful hammered texture and retains it's original old bronze/gold finish. This mid-century Spanish table has a smaller footprint, making it ideal for a petite coffee table or side table for a more intimate seating arrangement.
