Italian Antique Corner Cabinets, Pale Green

An Italian pair of table height painted corner cabinets from the early 20th century. These antique cabinets from Italy are beautifully decorated with accolade carved top fronts, which project outwardly over the case below which is embellished in a series of foliate, gadrooning, and plaques that are carved as if they have movement and rhythm to them. The case houses a pair of drawers that open to reveal storage within. The cabinets are presented upon three cabriole legs, carved with leafy accents. Please note that this is a "nearly matching" pair of cabinets; as they do have slightly differing patterns, though retain the same theme. The original painted finish is primarily a light green color, with some losses as expected with age. This pair of early 20th century Italian small corner cabinets will make a fanciful statement, anchoring a room with their delightful appearance, while providing great storage and display potential!
