French Set of 8 Leather Upholstered Chairs

A French set of eight Louis XVI style, carved-wood dining chairs with original painted finish and leather upholstery, from the mid 20th century. This vintage set of chairs from France have been carved in the typical manner of the Louis XVI period, with oval back rests, curvy arms that terminate into volute scrolled knuckles, an outwardly bowed front seat rail, and beautifully fluted round legs which gently taper to their peg-style feet. The back-rests, manchette arm pads, and seats are all upholstered in a creamy/beige leather (Note that there are a few spots on the leather. Please ask showroom for more details). The wood retains its original painted finish. Arm chair measurements are noted in the listing dimensions. Side chairs measure: 22"H x 21.5"W x 37.75"H and seat is 18.25"H. This set of French Louis XVI style chairs will be a lovely seating addition about your dining or conference room table.
