18th C Italian Halved-Hexagon Demi Cabinets
An Italian pair of faux-marble painted, wood demi console cabinets from the 18th century. This antique pair of cabinets from Italy each are designed with shape/angular lines in a half hexagon shape which carries through from the top, down through the case below. The cabinets are adorn in a series of rectangular-shaped raised panels, in varying sizes. The tops of each case are removable for storage, and one of the cabinets is accessible with a single door at center, which open to reveal open storage space within. They are raised from the ground on block feet, which are set back slightly from their exterior body. The wood has a striking faux-marble painted finish throughout. These 18th century Italian angular cabinets will make a great pair of storage and display consoles (or unique pedestals!), each just shy of 4 feet in width.
