French 6.25 Ft Long Oak Sideboard, 19th C.

A French carved oak buffet cabinet from the 19th century. This antique console cabinet from France features abundant storage with a rectangular-shaped top over a case which houses three graduated drawers down each side, with middle section having a single drawer at top over pair of doors at bottom center. There are a total of seven drawers. The drawers have a recessed panel design with arched tops. The skirt is adorn in scalloped carvings about the front and both sides. Flute carved pillars embellish the front side posts. The chest is presented upon six bracket style feet. The oak has a light finish which has been complimented with a white wash of color highlighting the various trimmings. This 19th century French buffet cabinet will offer plentiful storage and display options, while enhancing your space within a kitchen, dining room, or perhaps in a family room as a credenza cabinet.
